Stone Harbor - Why is it people buy a house in a town that has zoning regulations that prohibit expanding and then sue the town to circumvent the zoning. When I bought my property in 1999 I checked the zoning for each property I looked at. Now we have a Judge that can’t do their job and follow the existing law. New woke word, mediation!
