Stone Harbor - Why has the SHPW department had barricades, five total, on the sidewalk in front of the Reeds for over nine months? There is no emergency situation on 3rd Ave. I believe the hotel can afford the barricades, which are an eyesore. Along with the orange posts in the road, the town has one very unattractive first impression for visitors and residents.
