Stone Harbor - Why does Stone Harbor allow dogs on the beach. I was there today and was looking forward to a relaxing day at the beach listening to the sounds of the sea, not the sound of dogs barking. Dogs should be required to be on a leash. Also, can they put more dog poop bag stations and trash cans so people will get the hint to clean up after their pet instead of having beachgoers walk in the poop. They do a great job of giving parking tickets, but not so much enforcing dog regulations.
