Stone Harbor - Why does that commenter from Stone Harbor put dog waste in people's mailboxes when they are not home? It seems he will not resolve the issue with his neighbors without breaking the law. Isn't that illegal to open someone's mailbox if you are a non-postal employee? I know if I saw someone doing something like that I would call the police also. Maybe he should address his own disgusting law breaking acts to Stone Harbor council. I feel sorry for the mailman and the second homeowner. I hope they have a camera.
