Stone Harbor - Why do you edit out the pointed complaints about the Stone Harbor Council and their mismanagement ? Why are you preventing public complaints ? Yes Spout Off is fun when the Spouts are funny. But the situation is Stone Harbor isn’t funny. Why do you edit the spouts to protect the Council ?
