When will something be done a rude person in Stone Harbor town h

Stone Harbor - When will something be done a rude person in Stone Harbor town hall. I have never met or dealt with someone as rude as this person. Everyone in town hall is very helpful and nice except for this person. I know this is not the first time someone has complained, but Stone Harbor taxpayers deserve better respect from an employee.
