Stone Harbor - When will the borough and chamber step up and do something about the high rent on 96th Street? All those empty stores are not helping the businesses that are open. Unless you are selling liquor it's hard to survive. People will stop coming to an area that isn't well represented. Now the TI bridge is closed causing more loss of revenue for the stores that are already struggling. Bad for business, rentals, real estate sales, and just bad all the way around.
