Stone Harbor - Since when is putting two kids in the passenger seat of a car legal? I saw two kids, probably around the age of 10, get into a car, not put on their seat belts (same with the parent) and then drive away like nobody was watching! Please put on your seat belts and get your children in the back so they won't fly out of the windshield in the case of an accident.
