Stone Harbor - When I pass the new parking lot on 2nd Ave., between 93rd and 94th Streets in Stone Harbor, I hear this Joni Mitchell song lyric: "Don't it always seem to go, that you don't know what you've got til it's gone, they paved paradise and put up a parking lot." On a positive note, it looks like the parking kiosks at the public lot have gone solar.
