The seasonal locals live in different places where they make a very comfortable living, choose to live and develop a vacation town that suits them, and they have every right to do so. Would you prefer the dilapidated eyesore houses owned by people who can't afford to keep up with the maintenance? If you are trying to resist the change that has already occurred, you are wasting precious time and energy. From most peoples' perspectives, Stone Harbor is beautifully maintained and a pleasure to visit.
