Stone Harbor - West Wildwood spouter is correct in saying that Biden got 96% of the primary votes. What the spouter failed to note was that only 132 thousand voted as opposed to 500 thousand in 2020 primary. That is about 75 percent less. Over 300 thousand stayed home.
