There issues should be handled by mental health people. The tent people are just ignorant people who have no regard for anyone but themselves. Stone Harbor’s problem rests at the feet of the Mayor who is totally afraid of her shadow due to her political aspirations. Set a designated area for tents so people can see and enter the water.
