Stone Harbor - We now learn that there are no actual construction plans drawn up yet for the proposed, new Stone Harbor library. The county seems to have other priorities and our mayor and council seem to do nothing about it. All the while we pay $1,400,000 library taxes to the county each year and get very little for it. When will we do the right thing and pull out of the county library system and partner with Avalon library, or create our own?
