Stone Harbor - Valet parking in Stone Harbor - instead of wasting time and energy why not offer free parking up to three hours in the lot on 2nd Ave. and the lots on 1st between 96th and 94th streets? If you want people to come and shop in the local stores, make it easier and cheaper.
