Stone Harbor - The valet parking area on 3rd Ave. and 97th St. being used to accommodate the 'boutique hotel' was never approved by the Borough of Stone Harbor or the Cape May County Planning Commission. The 'boutique hotel' has submitted plans to the CMC Planning Commission for the same design with an additional note; if anyone is seriously hurt or killed, the 'boutique hotel' will hold the county harmless. There is ample area along the south side of 96th St. to safely accommodate the valet parking area for this hotel.
