Until BLM can get control of the agitators who are masquerading

Stone Harbor - Until BLM can get control of the agitators who are masquerading as peaceful protesters by day and looters and terrorists by night, there really can’t be a dialogue. The movement has the best of intentions but has been hijacked by the extremists. A step in the right direction is to get the crime under control which should be the first priority.
