Stone Harbor - Thanks to Vince Conti for his article on administrator salaries. Stone Harbor is paying the most in the county (Sea Isle & Ocean City cost share). Additionally, the new assistant administrator appears to be making more than the administrator in several municipalities. His coverage of the ensuing debate at council (thank you Bunny for bringing it up!) is also most excellent. In a time of crisis for local journalism, I wanted to highlight the important work Vince & the Herald are doing to force transparency and accountability.
