Stone Harbor - Thanks to Stone Harbor Council for the new construction limitations on holiday weekends. It really made our family Thanksgiving weekend so much more pleasant. We had folks down from out of town. A crew started working across the street from me early Nov. 23. A quick call to the police department and the workers left and peace returned for the weekend.
