Stone Harbor - Thank you to the police officer who stopped and talked to the owners of a dog running without a leash on the beach. I am a dog person, but dogs are not allowed on the beach until the evening hours. These rules have to be enforced for everyone's safety; leashes are essential. I hope the police continue to patrol the beach during the morning hours.
