Thank goodness for Jennifer Gensemer and her strength of convict

Stone Harbor - Thank goodness for Jennifer Gensemer and her strength of convictions to stand up to long time "Good ol boy" employees. Doing things the way they've always been done got us into this mess. I'm glad she's leading the charge and shaking things up. Hopefully she will start making cuts in Borough Hall Staff soon. We don't need empire building and this is not a charity for nepotism. There's a major reality check coming. Better get with the program or get going.
