Stone Harbor - Stone Harbor's Sept. 11 ceremony was so very moving. The personal stories shared by the two survivors reminded the crowd of the importance of never forgetting the loss our country endured on that day 13 years ago. Councilwoman Kramar's hard work, dedication and perseverance should be applauded. Stone Harbor now has a special place for residents and visitors to sit, reflect and pray for a better tomorrow!
