Stone Harbor - Stone Harbor's outside mall has gotten to the point where something needs to be done. The kids who roam free in the area hassle would-be shoppers and force them to shop elsewhere. The other week, children threatened violence and intimidated my 10-year-old son to the point where he cried. I've seen these kids mess with elderly people as well. The police need to clean this up to make Stone Harbor a safe place to shop!
