Stone Harbor - To Stone Harbor, you are absolutely right. I have people whose dogs are on those stupid retractable leashes that let their dogs come right up to bushes and do their business. They just sit their and chew their fingernails and I bang on the window. Moderator and I have said something but they do not care. I did one day turn on sprinklers, but can not do that in winter. If you have a dog be polite !
