Stone Harbor - Stone Harbor needs to do away with their ridiculous parking app. I own a second home in Stone Harbor and a group of us begged the mayor and council to do away with parking fees altogether. We reasoned that if Avalon can offer parking without fees imposed on their visitors so could we, but I guess they were too busy salivating over the extra revenue for their pet projects on the backs of unsuspecting tourists.
