Stone Harbor - Stone Harbor has both changed and kept its charm because of the people who inhabit it. From keeping her family cottage on 89th that she has been visiting for 60 years, to abiding by all of the rules as she wheels about town on her pink cruiser, to always having a kind word and smile for residents, merchants, and visitors, to waving her flag and cheering on her family at the Fourth of July festivities, "P" embodies many of the things that make Stone Harbor great.
