The Stone Harbor Council meeting on recreation programs and fees

Stone Harbor - The Stone Harbor Council meeting on recreation programs and fees was very confusing. What is the mission of recreation? Is it to serve residents or make money? Listening to members confusing comments regarding Pickle Ball fees, I wasn't sure what they were solving for--cost coverage, profit or to be the highest priced in the county, three times more than Avalon and Sea Isle. We deserve a sound policy explaining what activities/facilities qualify for fees and how they are justified. Also, we don't need to lead the county in fees..look at Avalon's great example of facilities and fees
