At about the 20 second mark Sen. Graham said people like him should take a little less and pay a little more. I take his remark to mean tax higher earners and to give them less. Nothing inflammatory with that idea. Maybe increase the taxable amount to twice what it is now. Which is about 140 thousand in earnings. If you want to take the lid off FICA ,then make a law that states the money collected can only be used for Social Security.
