The only shop owner seen at council was Mr Lengle, no one else.To that spouter saying we should listen to shop owners,kind funny no one has complained in front of council.that owns and runs those shops on 96th street. .You understand it will cost the town $600,00 dollars to fix the parking problem the 1%er have with the app. Are you not the ones crying the town waste your money.so why is this ok in your books
