Stone Harbor - Spouter states that the world is heading into a surplus of gas and oil due to more use of electric. This from an agency the spouter cites. Only problem with this statement is the fact that oil and gas are used to make electric. How many wind mills and solar panels would be needed to replace oil and gas?
