Stone Harbor - To the spouter saying Stone Harbor council has members from both political parties: Wrong. They are all from the same party. We do not have the checks and balances, as he/she states. Just because a few run as Independents, that does not constitute an opposite, regulated party. That is why our taxes have increased 27 years straight.
