Stone Harbor - To the spouter from Cape May who submitted the idea of a charity Spout Off Social event - what a great idea! I think there should be awards given just like the Oscars. Some might be: Best Trump spout, Top dogs on the beach spout, Angriest complaint about neighbors, and best grievance about garbage collection. There could even be Spout Of The Year, which would the equivalent of Best Picture.
