Stone Harbor - Some non-local, summer owners of 110th St are at the SH Zoning Board again. The sunlight grabbing, air blocking edifices they own are visible all year while they are not in SH 7-10 months of the year. Variances granted are afforded to most in SH except for families making a start on the Courts. The 10-year plan to the state allows for 2nd floors for the Court properties, but was denied again by hired lawyers, out of town experts, and unneighborly summer residents.
