How many nuclear facilities will we need and where will they reside? It is much easier to criticize and kill a plan than it is to create an acceptable alternative. Doing nothing is not an option. Seriously, we have to make some very difficult and expensive decisions very quickly. Under the best of circumstances it will take years and trillions of dollars to rebuild our electrical infrastructure. Let’s get moving!
