Stone Harbor - Sitting on my beautiful beach at 123rd Street, watching "people of age" trying to navigate the mountainous hill to egress this sandy paradise, I am so sure this beautiful town has enough in the budget to drive a sand-moving vehicle on the beach and even out the "hill." Please help us beach tag-paying locals, vacationers, and visitors!
