Stone Harbor - Several spouters, including one from Swainton, seem to forget a few things about the geology of this county. "When will our "questionable" leaders realize that replenishing beaches is non-productive...I don't like my tax dollars being used to protect homes that should have never been built on beach fronts." There is no guarantee that off-shore communities won't be tomorrow's beach front. The recently re-emerged railroad tracks in Lower Township are evidence of that. The 18th century town of 'Town Bank' is now somewhere under the Delaware Bay. Without Seven Mile Island, CH is beachfront.
