Stone Harbor - Seems like nobody is held responsible for their actions anymore. Most are released and assigned a date to appear. But, some never appear. Then, they are given another date to appear, and they still don't appear. This goes on and on, and makes the court system a joke. Whoever made up this nonsensical procedure should be fired. Or, at least be given a date to appear and explain themselves.
