Stone Harbor - See Stone Harbor, Sea Isle loves the idea of Mobi-Mats on the beach. They are honoring the Americans with Disabilities Act with beach-access matting. This would allow more beach location entrances for wheelchairs, children in strollers, wagons and beach carts and people with mobility concerns. Their city council got it done.
