Stone Harbor - On Second Avenue, "Bike Lane Only" means just that; not walking, not running, not pushing a stroller, etc. Pedestrians should utilize the sidewalks and not the bike lane. Vehicle drivers are not looking for you in the street. You are creating a hazard and jeopardizing your own safety.
