Stone Harbor - Regarding being elected in Stone Harbor: Only because there are so few voters can anyone, and I mean anyone, get elected. There's no way the council members that we have currently, could ever get elected in a community of full-time residents with everyone voting. In this town, you can be of marginal ability and get a couple of friends to vote for you and win, and being mayor here is even easier. It's of ceremony only and takes no ability to do. There's no policy making and no votes. Stone Harbor really needs to change its form of government to bring it into the 21st century.
