Stone Harbor - In reference to the spouter who flew over her handlebars because her visor blew off and then got mad that no one stopped to help, I propose that all shore towns make vacationers pass a basic bike skills course before allowing them on the road. After they pass they would then get a tag that allows them to ride. If they can’t pass they must use training wheels. Our roads are packed with people who don’t know how to ride and are a nuisance to drivers and pedestrians. Something needs to be done.
