Our utilities committee should have a long range, five-to-20-yea

Stone Harbor - Our utilities committee should have a long range, five-to-20-year plan for each of our utilities - electric, gas, water, telephone, internet, cable. This would ensure adequate services. They should share these plans with all property owners and taxpayers. This is their responsibility. This is what we, taxpayers pay for. They seem to only react to problems after the fact. We need and expect leadership with accountability.
