Stone Harbor - Our Stone Harbor officials deserve a lot of credit. While Avalon has exorbitant and continuous legal battles, we have very small legal expenditures. Our business district is well laid out and prosperous. Our homes are not overly monstrous and mostly two story. Our police force is very well staffed and run. It's a great place to live.
