Stone Harbor - Once again, the council meeting recording had no sound. It shouldn't be that difficult of an issue to correct. There are citizens who can't be there physically for one reason or another (especially in these colder, snowier months) who would still like to know exactly what is being said by their representatives and those who speak publicly at the meetings. The meeting time was changed in order to help the "transparency" score, but having recordings that can't be heard must surely take away points. If the new Mayor can't even get something as simple as this fixed, we're in trouble.
