Stone Harbor - Now that the meters are turned off for the season, we are inundated with employees who work on 3rd Ave. parking on 96th Street. We have a lot of seniors in town this time of year that need parking so they can easily access the shops on 96th Street. I'm sure it's easier for you to walk an extra block or two than it is for most of them.
