Stone Harbor - Not sure if the spout about tipping was supposed to be informative or just a boast about spending a $1000 dollars on dinner for their employees. If you can afford to take your employees out you should be able to tip on full amount including tax. Or maybe that is only what you can write off your taxes as a business expense.
