Stone Harbor - My wife and I live on the bay, and we attended the dredging meeting held by the mayor. We were absolutely floored to learn that she doesn't know what she's doing. She couldn't give a straight answer on anything and she seemed 'put out' getting questions. Not only is the project held up because of the bidding process, we now find out it's $11 million and rising every day.
