Stone Harbor - In my spout off about mail delivery I did not imply it was the fault of the everyday postal employee. And I don’t think that it had anything to do with the elimination of mail sorting machines. There is a deep underlying cause that should be investigated. This all started prior to and continued after the election. The overloading of the system with mail in ballots which became a priority has caused the problem. There was no problem getting them out and back.
