Why would the Borough hire an employee after that was fired by their previous employer and then sued that employer? 3. Who approved new building plans for 2 different homes that have first floor construction that is below base flood elevation? 4. Who had the bright idea to spend $3,000,000 on a lifeguard building that is used 3 months a year? 5. Who decided it was ok to hire people and pay them outside of the pay range ordinance?
