Stone Harbor - At the May 21st Council meeting the Borough council authorized parking passes to be sold and used at the beach front lot at 95th Street - indicating no tickets would be issued even though the ordinance introduction - allowing that lot for parking permit use - would not be until June 4th but the residents at the 94th Street condo can not park on the south side of the street on an angle until an ordinance change is enacted, hmmm. Isn't it funny that a "no parking Sign" was placed at this location and the BA/Public Works Director doesn't know anything about it?
