Stone Harbor - Many handicap spaces are abused by people who have a sticker but get out of the car like there's nothing wrong with them. These people print the tag off the Internet. It's easy to do. And then to suggest that homeowners are the culprit is based on fantasy, not reality. I would suggest that everyone take a deep breath and those who need the spot use them and everybody else walk one miserable block and get some exercise.
